The real estate market in Naples Florida is changing rapidly. Dwindling inventory in the Naples real estate market has driven up home prices, the Naples Area Board of Realtors announced Friday.
The median price on closed sales increased an overall 10 percent, from $176,000 to $194,000, for the 12-month period ending in August, according to a NABOR statement.
“That’s very exciting,” said Brenda Fioretti, NABOR’s media relations committee chairwoman and a managing broker for Prudential Florida Realty in Naples. “We finally hit the mark that prices have not just only stabilized, but we are recognizing a sustainable increase in the median sale price, in most market areas.”
